Ultrasonic testing IBUS
We perform tests on thin sheets in the 2 ÷ 8 mm range using specialized ultrasonic heads. We carry out such tests according to the procedure compliant with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard. The use of this procedure together with specialist heads allows to eliminate completely the limitations resulting from the use of standard heads.
Testing carried out with the aforementioned technique is characterized by certainty, reliability and repeatability of results. This reduces costs and reduces testing time compared to the radiographic method usually used in such cases.
We also have the approval of the Office of Technical Inspection for ultrasonic testing of thin sheets.
