Chemical industry
Chemical plants make up one of the key industries in Poland. Ensuring the continuity of production and personnel safety depends to a large extent on professionally performed diagnostics and assessment of the technical condition of the systems, such as heat exchange devices, tanks, reactors and peripheral equipment.
The company Energodiagnostyka and its diagnostics staff have many years of experience in the tests of chemical plant equipment, as well as in the development and implementation of research methodologies that avoid costly failures stopping production, and plan necessary exchanges. We offer conventional non-destructive testing as well as advanced testing techniques, such as:
- mapping corrosion of pipelines and tanks with the use of ultrasound phased array (UTPA) technique, including the use of self-propelled robots,
- advanced research on clad tanks (lining),
- eddy current tests of heat exchange devices (exchangers, coolers, etc.),
- Magnetic Metal Memory tests.
Diagnostics made with the help of advanced research techniques allow to visualize the results of tests in a customized way, i.e. friendly and agreed with the client, and properly archived and analyzed will allow to draw new valuable conclusions.
Proper selection of the technique and test method will allow the user of chemical plants to reduce failure rate, increase safety and reduce costs.
